Summer Intensive
July 9 - 13    Week 1     9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
July 16 - 20    Week 2      9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
$275 for 1 week $500 for 2 weeks
The intensive program is for students 10 - 18* with at least two years of focused training in classical ballet. (SSOD students in levels pre-pointe and up are eligible)
The objective is to maximize each student's progress through study of technique (ballet & modern), alignment, artistry, and expression, resulting in greater joy and confidence in the art and discipline of classical dance, as well as improved performance quality

Junior Intensive:
July 23 - 27     Week 1    5:00 - 7:00 p.m.    
July 30 - August 3     Week 2   5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
The Junior Intensive program is for students ages 8 and up* with at least one year of focused training in classical ballet, and desire to continue that focused training during the summer.  The students will deepen their understanding of technique, alignment, and artistry through traditional technique classes in classical ballet, as well as Rommett Floor-BarreĀ®, and stretch classes.
$175 for 1 week $250 for 2 weeks

School Year Jump Start:
August 6 - 10
5:00 - 7:00 p.m.     ages 10 and up*    $175
(SSOD students in levels II and up are eligible)

Current SSOD students in pre-pointe and above are required to take a minimum of 2 weeks of Summer classes.

Current SSOD students in level III who would like to be considered for pre-pointe in the Fall should take a minimum of two weeks of Summer classes.

*non SSOD students please contact the school to set up a placement class for any of our summer programs.
